1. Can I trace my order?
Yes. Once your order is registered, you will receive an email with a code. Subsequently, you can log in on www.boxphones-belgium.be by entering your email address and the code and then you can trace your order.
2. How long does the delivery take?
Every Box Phone that is ordered during the week (from Monday until Thursday) will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be sent on Monday.
3. Where can I purchase a Box Phone?
Box Phones and the individual components are only available via our online shop. We don't have any physical shops yet.
4. How can I pay?
We accept VISA, PayPal and MasterCard.
5. How long is the warranty on Box Phones?
Consumers that purchase a Box Phone, will get two years of guarantee on all the technical aspects of the smartphone. For instance when the touch screen or camera don’t work any longer, etc. Scratches and other similar matters, will not be covered by the warranty.
